Distressed Assets Acquisition

OUR DISTRESSED ASSET ACQUISITION DIVISION FOCUSES ON UNIQUE REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITIES DURING AN ECONOMIC DOWNTURN.

We have purchased during the economic crises in 2008/2009 several multi-million USD promissory notes and successfully foreclosed on the underlying asset, resulting either in a valuable REO position or a payoff with annualized returns up to 20%. SAG Development Group has significant in house capacities to deal with such acquisitions and on top of that, we work very closely with highly reputable legal firms, to achieve our strategic equity goals during foreclosure.
